Independent Factual Evidence Review

Every dispute has two sides. Understand yours.

Dealing with a dispute can leave you with a pile of emails, invoices, messages and conflicting explanations. Project Clarity helps you organise the information and understand what your evidence actually shows — including anything that may challenge your own account.

Not legal advice. Project Clarity is not a law firm.

Five Free Evidence Reviews — Limited Pilot

Each accepted case may contain up to 100 pages of source evidence. Only accepted cases use a place, and acceptance is not guaranteed.

Sound familiar?

Disputes we commonly help people organise

Vehicle repairs and garages

Disputed repairs, unexpected charges, conflicting explanations and warranty disagreements.

Tradespeople and home improvements

Unfinished work, disputed invoices, disagreements over quotations and conflicting correspondence.

Consumer purchases and services

Refund disagreements, warranty refusals, disputed charges and problems with services.

These are examples, not a guarantee of eligibility. The initial pilot is restricted to suitable, low-risk cases approved by the administrator, and every enquiry is assessed individually.

What a Project Clarity report looks like

A preview of the actual report format, using invented content.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE — NOT A REAL CUSTOMER CASE

Chronology

  1. 2 June 2026 — Booking confirmed for “interim service”. (E01)
  2. 5 June 2026 — Customer states a phone call took place; says no work was agreed. (E02)
  3. 12 June 2026 — Invoice issued including turbocharger replacement. (E03)

Supporting your account

  • The booking confirmation refers only to an “interim service”. (E01)
  • No written authorisation for additional work has been supplied.

Challenging your account

  • The invoice records “additional work authorised by phone 05/06”. (E03)
  • Your own account confirms a phone call took place on 5 June. (E02)

Missing information

  • Any call recording or call notes held by the garage.
  • A job card or estimate.

Balanced summary

The evidence shows a difference between the booked work and the invoiced work. Whether additional work was authorised during the 5 June call is not established by the supplied documents.

What Project Clarity does

A careful, balanced look at your evidence

  • Organises and reviews the information you supply
  • Produces a clear factual chronology
  • Identifies evidence supporting your account
  • Identifies evidence challenging your account
  • Highlights contradictions and inconsistencies
  • Identifies information that appears to be missing
  • Produces a balanced written report with evidence references

What Project Clarity does not do

Clear professional boundaries

  • Is not a law firm
  • Is not authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority
  • Does not provide legal advice or representation
  • Does not determine liability
  • Does not predict court outcomes
  • Does not guarantee success
  • Does not negotiate claims or conduct litigation

Please seek advice from an appropriately qualified legal professional before making legal decisions.

What can you do with your report?

Clarity you can use

  • Understand the order of events and the evidence available.
  • See both supporting and challenging information.
  • Identify missing documents or unanswered questions.
  • Present an organised factual summary when seeking assistance from a solicitor, Citizens Advice or an appropriate complaint-resolution organisation.
  • Decide what questions to ask before considering further action.

A Project Clarity report does not secure a refund, win a dispute, reduce legal costs, cause a settlement or establish legal rights. Project Clarity does not provide legal advice, representation or predictions of legal outcomes.

A fair question

Why is the pilot free?

We’re launching Project Clarity and testing our review process, secure customer portal and turnaround times with our first five suitable cases.

If your case is accepted, you’ll receive a complete factual evidence review at no charge.

All we ask is that you consider sharing honest feedback about your experience once your report is delivered. Feedback is voluntary, and there is no obligation to purchase anything.

Places are limited, eligibility is assessed individually, and submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. You will never be asked for a positive testimonial or public review in exchange for a free report.
